University of Cambridge Thai Night 2010
You are invited to attend Cambridge University Thai Societys annual signature event - Thai Night 2010, where we hope to offer you a taste of distinctive Thai cuisine, music, dance and traditions.
Thai Night 2010, A Love Before Time, features a romantic storyline involving Gaew & Tong, two fictitious characters who, by reincarnation, live through four major eras in the history of Thailand: Sukhothai, Ayutthaya, early Rattanakosin, and the modern-day Thailand. Their love story is, however, not without difficulty as there are incidents that part one from the other until they find each other again at the present time. Come witness this magnificent story and find out whether or not they are destined to be together.
During the course of the play, we will also present a combination of both traditional and contemporary performing arts and offer you three courses of authentic Thai dishes.
